Hello! My name is Bailey, I operate from person-centered, trauma-informed, mind-body approach, honoring your lived experience and the knowledge you have acquired along your life’s journey. Regardless of where you are in your healing journey; whether you're feeling stuck in a past experience or memory, feeling depressed and/or anxious, feeling fearful and/or overwhelmed, or wanting to feel supported as you navigate through life, we will work together to help you live the life you want.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples with neurodiversity, trauma, grief, and anxiety. I primarily utilize a combination of talk therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic techniques with clients to tailor a therapy experience that is impactful and beneficial to you.
