I understand the exhaustion that can come from feeling like you’ve tried everything. Whether you are a young adult looking for services for yourself, or a parent seeking services for your child, I would love to join you in your journey to try and trust the therapeutic process.

I am passionate about working with children and adolescents ages 4-18 to help navigate trauma, family conflict and other life events that lead to big feelings and behaviors. I believe in the power of relationships and growth encouraged by the safety of the therapeutic relationship.

Through child-centered play and art activities, I provide my clients with a space to process and explore in order to make sense of their world. I also utilize treatment modalities such as emotion focused therapy, mindfulness practices, and play-based interventions. Through my online scheduling, you are able to get started whenever you are ready.
