I support parents struggling with parenting children with behavioral challenges. I also help clients explore how all areas of their lives are interconnected by utilizing a mindfulness approach.
I'm here to help you take that first step which takes a lot of courage. I will guide you step by step with compassion and encouragement. My goal is to help clients live holistically by guiding them through the process of being present and intentional in all aspects of their lives.
