My work centers LGBTQIA+ individuals, those navigating trauma, and anyone tired of being told they have to “fit” into a mold that doesn’t feel right. I lean into Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, affirmative therapy, and the radical belief that our messy, beautiful, complicated selves are worth celebrating. Therapy with me is collaborative, creative, and unapologetically affirming. Whether we’re exploring your relationship with your inner parts, unpacking systemic harm, or discovering ways to care for yourself, you are the expert on your experiences.
My approach is rooted in liberation therapy, IFS, ACT and trauma-informed care. I aim to help folxs navigate the unique landscapes of neuro-spiciness, OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. I embrace a therapeutic approach of deep compassion, radical acceptance, and the belief that our challenges are invitations to understand ourselves more fully.
Throughout my work with clients, we will aim to develop forms of self-acceptance and infuse ways to break free from shame cycles and normative pressures. Let’s lean into curiosity, hold space for your complexity, and uncover ways to not just survive, but thrive, in a way that feels true to you.
