If you find yourself often changing your behaviors to accommodate others, and feel over-burdened with high self-expectations, these are common behavior and thought traps we can fall into when we've lost sight of our values and our worth. I have a passion for helping people feel liberated from self-critical thoughts and build patterns that help them reach a fulfilling and satisfying life. My primary work is focusing on eating disorders, negative body image, and general relationship-to-self and others, but I also love exploring sexuality, life transitions, and anxiety management.
Prior to outpatient work, I worked in PHP and IOP care working with individuals suffering from eating disorders, and other comorbid challenges. I utilize several skills-based modalities to provide skill support, in tandem with psychodynamic and relational work to help people recognize the patterns that often keep them trapped in the cycle of hopelessness.
In addition to being a safe space to authentically process, I want to be your cheerleader, accountability partner, and non-judgmental ear. It's my goal for my clients to feel supported in their journey toward healing. I won't promise you any quick "fix", however, it is my goal to help my clients meet their needs and goals, as defined by them.
