I specialize in LGBTQ experiences, trauma, relationships, major life changes, depression, anxiety, eating disorders/disordered eating and grief. I take a person centered, strengths-based approach and draw from modalities including CBT, DBT, IFS, and somatics. I'm a HAES provider and acknowledge the impact that current systems have on marginalized identities.
