Life is unpredictable and can bring seasons of overwhelming stress, loneliness, and hopelessness. I believe the counseling space is where you can set down and unpack the heavy emotions, thoughts, and experiences that you may carry.
In session, you'll be met with authenticity and unconditional respect. I want you to feel truly seen and heard as we work together toward your unique goals.
I work with both children and adults individually, and also provide couples counseling. I often work with those struggling with anxiety, body image/acceptance, relationships, depression, and adjustment/life transitions.
My approach is trauma-informed and compassion-focused, acknowledging the ‘whole person’– mind, body, and spirit– and how this impacts overall wellbeing. With this comes a gentle nudge toward self-compassion. I've yet to work with someone who couldn't benefit from greater self-compassion, and I love seeing growth in this area.
Letting a new person into your struggles can be scary and uncomfortable– My goal is create a safe and welcoming space for all.
