I have worked with a wide variety of clients, symptoms, and histories. Trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety, and Depression are just a few among the many diagnoses I work with. I aim to adapt treatment to match each client's needs, no matter their diagnoses. NOTE: Our clinic is an adherent DBT program - group therapy & individual therapy required
I utilize a mix of techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS parts work), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic theories, while maintaining a trauma-informed and person-in-environment lens. I will listen, ask questions, challenge, and guide you towards self-compassion and growth. We may talk, write, create, read... whatever is needed.

Groups
DBT Skills Group
State-certified DBT skills training group that assists clients in learning how to tolerate life’s stressors and increase their ability to regulate emotions. Four primary modules are Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance. Groups are 2.5 hours weekly with a max of 10 clients, and there are several options for clients with different needs. We offer groups Monday-Thursday, in-person or virtual, and at varying times.
