I am a trauma informed counselor with a specific focus on neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+, and women’s issues. Through our connection, I’ll help to destigmatize & humanize your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We’ll work together to identify old ways of being you’d like to let go, or carry on with you - and identify new ways to exist and connect authentically.
