I’ll walk alongside you as you navigate your journey. I operate from a person-centered lens, meaning you and I will work together to find the best “flavor” of therapy for you.
My specialities include working with attachment, family relationships, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts. Some of the modalities I use are CBT, TF-CBT, REBT, child-centered play therapy, attachment therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
