Many of my clients are successful, high-functioning adults and teenagers who appear to have it all together while privately struggling with anxiety, shame, trauma, sex addiction, porn addiction, alcohol & drug addiction, infidelity, or chronic stress while trying to maintain careers, relationships, and responsibilities.
I also work with military members, veterans, first responders, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, and others in high-stress occupations who value confidentiality and evidence-based care.
I specialize in substance use disorders, trauma/PTSD, sexual compulsivity, betrayal trauma, and Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Using EMDR, trauma therapy, Feedback-Informed Treatment (FIT), and other evidence-based approaches, I help clients understand the underlying causes of their struggles so lasting healing, not just symptom management, is possible.
