In our work together, I aim to co-create a space that feels safe, grounded, and attuned—where you can begin to slow down, feel more present, and gently explore what’s been held in your nervous system. Together, we’ll explore how your early experiences may be shaping current patterns—and how we can begin to shift those patterns through insight and embodied awareness.
I specialize in supporting young women in their 20s and 30s navigating the effects of complex and developmental trauma, including childhood sexual trauma, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and major life transitions. My approach blends Somatic Experiencing, attachment-based psychodynamic work, and a deeply Person-Centered lens.
