I’m Bailey Doggett, a Resident in Counseling with two years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in helping children and young adults who are struggling with behavioral issues, family conflict, life transitions, trauma, and grief. With a background in sport and exercise psychology, I’m deeply committed to assisting individuals dealing with performance anxiety. I’ve worked alongside coaches and trainers at NCAA Division 1 athletics programs to support athletes and their families.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I utilize various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices. My goal is to help clients understand their diagnosis and develop a treatment plan that aligns.
