I work with adults and adolescents navigating the effects of trauma, chronic illness, and addiction. As a queer therapist, I bring both lived and clinical insight into the specific challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals and women. I hold a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Virginia Tech and a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. This educational background informs a holistic, mind-body approach to therapy, grounded in trauma informed modalities, including mindfulness, somatic experiencing, internal family systems (IFS), and narrative therapy.
