I help adults explore how childhood experiences shape us all. Together, we learn to tend to the pain that never got the care it needed, and we cultivate understanding and compassion around the parts of us that were neglected or hurt. This work can reopen old pain and bring to light new grief over what we didn't have growing up. My goal is to help you move through what you’ve carried, name what was never safe to feel, and build something new rooted in compassion, not survival. I am accepting new clients and enjoy working with teens, families, and couples, in addition to individual adults.

I love supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ folks. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, identity exploration, religious trauma, infidelity, and relationship challenges. I practice from an IFS- and DBT-informed lens, incorporating CBT and narrative therapies.

Change can be scary. Sometimes the pain we know feels safer than the peace we don’t. The bravest step isn’t becoming someone else; it’s letting someone truly see you as you are. I’m committed to showing up with you through that work—not to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you heal and grow.

In your first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy and set specific goals about where you want to be in the next 6 months. With IFS, we'll explore the parts of you that are stuck in painful places, and using DBT skills, we will practice distress tolerance, mindfulness, and radical acceptance.
