I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and couples working through life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, managing relationships, teacher burnout, and more. I also have a passion for mental health within sports and helping athletes work through any mental health barriers they may encounter in and outside of their sport(s).
