Therapy is a great tool to achieve this goal. I work with individuals to help guide them through the process through a holistic and strengths based approach. I specialize in Relationship Issues, ADHD, BPD, and OCD through ERP. I also treat trauma, anxiety, depression, self harm, behavioral health issues and I’m an advocate and ally for the LGBTQ+ community. I will help you change negative thinking and behaviors to create stability with your mental health.
I am passionate about helping people change their lives and I work hard at getting to know you on a deeper level. I strive to look at the world the way my clients do to better understand them. I am patient, flexible, and process with my clients on their time. I want to help everyone reach their full potential.
I’ve been working in the mental health field for 10+ years and have worked with people from all different backgrounds and upbringings. I invest in my clients and my work with them doesn’t end after a session. I work on what is best for them outside of our time together to provide the best care possible when I see them again.
