When trauma goes untreated, we can become triggered in our everyday life, struggle with negative beliefs about ourselves, and can start feeling overwhelmed and stuck. We can even end up with physical pain, issues with sleep, feeling completely shut down, or always on edge. Trauma is not something we can always talk our way out of and you might find yourself actively avoiding talking about what you went through or feeling like talking about it isn't helping you feel better. As an EMDR trained therapist, I am passionate about and trained to help people get unstuck and get relief from their trauma.

Through EMDR therapy, we can address trauma, anxiety, or phobias in a way that keeps you completely in the drivers seat and allows your brain to do what it needs to do to process through stuck memories, emotions, physical sensations, and negative beliefs. I also integrate parts work, mindfulness, vagus nerve techniques, and other modalities.

My goal is to provide a safe environment and collaborative process to help you start to get some relief and ultimately thrive. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations where we can discuss your goals and needs in therapy and I can answer any questions you may have.
