With over 20 years of clinical experience, I have specialized exposure in problem areas to include intimate relationships, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, death and dying and unresolved trauma. I particularly enjoy working with teenagers and adults, military/veterans and their families. While I am a Christian counselor, I’ll always meet you where you are in your spiritual journey.

My therapeutic techniques are faith-based yet grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness and coping skills while focusing on the whole person to include spiritual, physical, social and emotional health.
