As a marriage and family therapist, certified trauma professional, and anti-racist practitioner, I possess a unique understanding of trauma and its transmission both generationally, genetically and systemically across ethnic group’s. My personal trauma has equipped me with insight that clients report as refreshing and insightful.
Services are trauma, multicultural and social justice informed. Services educate on the effects, prevention, and recovery of trauma. Multiculturally-informed means exploring one’s ethnic identity. Social justice includes being primarily an anti-racist therapist and standing up against the “isms” (racism, sexism etc) that exist in society.

Couples Therapy Group
Are you experiencing problems in your relationship or marriage? Have you wanted to participate in group therapy for couples but could not find one? B.P.R. Therapy, Mediation and Coaching Services now offers couples group therapy via telehealth. Group is limited to 5 couples to ensure a quality therapeutic experience. Call to express your interest in telehealth couples therapy today. The approaches to treatment that are utilized in Experiential and Emotional Focused Therapy. Starting January 2023.

Trauma Support Group
This will be a psychotherapy telehealth support group for individuals who self-identify as dealing with the aftereffects of being traumatized. Individuals who can identify their trauma as well as challenges they face in their recovery process such as trauma responses of fight, flight, or freeze and need a safe space to process with others are welcome. This will be an ongoing open group meaning anyone can join or leave at any time.
