Announcement icon I am available on the phone and on Skype for regular sessions. Some insurance companies pay or we can arrange for affordable cash charges.
I am devoted to client-centered techniques that focus on your individual concerns and goals. Whatever situation is plaguing you, preventing you from success or happiness, together we can develop a plan tailored to your specific needs. Whether it is fear or anxiety, grief or depression, troublesome behaviors or relationship issues, I believe I can assist you in finding relief. My background in counseling and educational psychology, the study of emotions, the mind, and the brain, have specially equipped me to utilize multiple modalities to help you cultivate new perspectives and find peace.
I have particular skills to offer relief for emotional and/or physical pain, find personal power to change habits, manage addictions, and develop ability to deal with relationship issues. Besides talk therapy, we may decide to use hypnotherapy or neurofeedback, a method of retraining your brain, to achieve your goals.
The Quest provides a relaxed, private setting, centrally located near 27th and A Street. I welcome clients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and LGBTQ folks. Hours are flexible, including evenings and weekends. We can often work with you regarding payment. The office is shared with a Licensed Massage Therapist.
