I am a pre-licensed therapist currently practicing under supervision. I work with adults and emerging adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidality, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity concerns, serious mental illness, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. Many of my clients feel misunderstood, stuck, overwhelmed, or defined by a diagnosis, circumstance, or chapter of their lives. Together, we create space to better understand what is happening, build on existing strengths, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned with their values.
My approach is psychodynamic, Gestalt, and trauma-informed. I help clients increase self-awareness, understand recurring patterns, process difficult experiences, and make meaningful changes. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidality, serious mental illness, life transitions, college students, and justice-impacted individuals.
