I really enjoy working with individuals that value insight and looking at mental health topics holistically. My clients that do best with my style are those that are curious and like to explore new ways of thinking and living. This could be an individual in early recovery from addictions or someone making life transitions. I am comfortable working with complex trauma areas and high functioning mental health challenges.
I have worked in various inpatient substance abuse treatment centers throughout my career. This has allowed me to be attuned to all facets of mental health challenges. I like to look at a person's entire development process that includes family dynamics and interpersonal relationships.
