About
Are you hesitant to come to counseling because you don't want to talk about your trauma? Be encouraged! There is a way to successfully find healing WITHOUT having to talk about your trauma. My own experience with the military, domestic violence, and divorce ignited my determination to become an expert and help others find empowerment to overcome feelings of helplessness and grief. I look forward to helping you find strength and regain confidence as you move forward and find healing.
Whether you are going through divorce, a custody battle, emotional or physical abuse, are a military veteran, or struggling with depression & anxiety, you can find peace and hope. I offer Saturday appointments for those unable to attend counseling during regular business hours. My expertise is in trauma, abuse, divorce & child custody, depression & anxiety.
I strive to ensure my clients feel understood in a non-judgmental, compassionate atmosphere. I work with teens/adolescents/preteens, and adults & will collaborate with each client to set goals for success through the counseling journey, and we will work together for your peace & healing.
