I work in trauma as well so anyone working through interpersonal issues, childhood trauma, and other forms of trauma and seeking to process emotions and feelings and reduce the intensity. I do not work with families, couples, or children under 16.
I am CBT, DBT, interpersonal therapy, EMDR, and experiential therapy trained. I also have training in behavioral addictions, suicidology, thanatology, and specifically with the LGBTQIA+ community.
