Most relationship pain isn’t about a lack of love. It’s about nervous systems that no longer feel safe. Unmet attachment needs, unresolved trauma, and patterns shaped by past experiences can quietly erode intimacy, trust, and desire over time. I specialize in helping couples who feel stuck in painful relational cycles that may show up as recurring conflict, loss of desire, sexual issues, difficulty trusting, or feeling disconnected from their partners. My approach is deeply grounded in nervous system regulation and attachment, helping clients move out of survival responses and relate in secure ways.

I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology with a specialization in Sexual Trauma. My advanced clinical focus includes betrayal trauma, faith transitions and sexuality, physical intimacy, and sexual abuse. I integrate EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Therapy to support lasting change.

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and deeply compassionate. My goal is a space where your nervous system can slow down, your experiences make sense, and where difficult conversations feel safe.
