About
I am currently seeing clients by phone calls or video conference. So, individuals in NJ, DC, VA and MD, where I am licensed can contact me. My clients call me Dr. Zubbie or, simply, Zubbie. They tell me that what they like most about me is that I am easy to talk to. I take pride in knowing that my clients return to me, each time they have an emotional or relational problem. I take time to build special relationship with them that help our work together. Whether they have depression, anxiety, work-related stress, marital problems or other mental health problems, they give me a call. They refer friends and relatives to me.
I have worked with children with behavior problems; adults with problem controlling their anger; adults who are not faithful to their spouses; adults who are addicted to different things, including porn and sex. I treated adult sex offenders for eight years. One thing that all these have in common is impulse control problem and they turn to me for help.
Successful work with me, on your problems, is likely to help you to make good choices, create a healthy lifestyle, be more self-aware, monitor your thoughts, feelings and behaviors and build lasting relationships. You can learn to control your destructive impulses. I collaborate with you, all the way, in your journey to discovering your inner healing powers.
