As a therapist, my responsibility and pledge to those I serve is to holistically attend to each individual. Through strengthening your inner healthy self-talk, affirming your values and beliefs, and walking alongside you to further develop your "true" self, we can build a bond of trust and hope.
My therapy style is tailored to the specific needs of each individual, as we collaborate, to identify goals and solutions to many of life's problems. I am able to draw on the unique individual strengths of each person while integrating traditional therapy with the progressive principles of Mindfulness. CBT, and DBT.
I unite with patients to establish mutually agreed upon therapeutic goals within a caring, non-judgmental and comfortable space where you can explore, discuss and be heard. Use of empathy, transparency, humor, and respect helps put people at ease; helping support you on your path towards healing, recovery and growth.
