Hello! Thanks for taking out the time to read my profile and to see if we would be a good fit to work together. I have a Masters of Education in counseling from the college of William and Mary in Virginia, and have specialized in working with youth and their families over the past 10 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, personality disorders, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, parenting issues, social behaviors, and crisis counseling.
I provide a relaxed atmosphere, safe space, and utilize a non judgmental approach. Utilizing evidence-based practices, I strive to support, encourage, educate, and empower my clients. Together we'll work side by side to help strengthen awareness, communication, increase personal growth and healing within yourself and your relationships.
We will also identify strengths, patterns, coping skills, and increase confidence. I hope to help support and empower you on your journey towards your goals.
