I have experience counseling survivors of trauma, abuse, and intimate partner violence. I can help you if you have low self-worth, anxiety, or PTSD stemming from emotional abuse and narcissistic family systems. I also work with children and youth, particularly from immigrant, refugee and BIPOC families who struggle with identity and acculturative stress.
