I work from a trauma-informed perspective, with the belief that your childhood, conditioning, and past experiences all influence the way you show up in your current life. Coping skills that were once necessary for survival are no longer efficient and sometimes even work against you as an adult.

Through breaking past limiting thoughts and beliefs, and understanding how you might be self-sabotaging to protect yourself, you will feel capable in making effective changes. I offer a compassionate & non-judgemental space where we can unpack the complexities of your life & the emotions surrounding your current stressors.

Therapy is a vulnerable space asking you to be open-minded, honest, and self-aware. I strive to be just as transparent and authentic as I encourage you to be. I collaborate with my clients to adapt my approach and co-create a space that tends to their individual needs. It takes courage to begin therapy and I'm so happy you're taking this positive step.

This virtual group will be a safe space to come as you are and to share your experience with others who understand. Topics will include types of support, hopelessness & managing isolation, grief & loss of self, changing your relationship with your pain, the impact on relationships & work, addressing shame and guilt, setting boundaries, and coping/mindfulness.
