As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can heal and grow. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, self-esteem issues, or simply feeling overwhelmed, relief is possible. Together, we’ll work towards building a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself—one that helps you step into authenticity, confidence, and healthier relationships with others.

Not accepting new clients
I welcome clients who are dealing with specific challenges as well as those who feel stuck, lost, or even unable to find words for their experiences. Our past experiences inform our best characteristics, and they cause us to develop coping skills that no longer work and keep us blocked from the life we want to have. My goal is to support you in shifting your relationship to past events and experiences to create the conditions for new, more adaptive coping strategies to emerge.

It takes an act of courage to come into counseling. l look to provide clients a place to work through concerns without being judged. I believe counseling is a partnership and look to help clients who feel like their coping skills are no longer working. I see individuals and work with them on mood, addiction, life, career and school difficulties. I work with clients to help with neurodivergent concerns and help them succeed in life. I help parents with parenting. I work with couples to promote healthy communication and intimacy. I recognize that the client is the true expert in their own life and empower the individual.
