She has over 20 years experience in the mental health field working in residential/CILA settings, prison/corrections, and hospitals; including emergency departments, inpatient units, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice. Tracy is currently the Lead Clinical Therapist and a Certified First Responder Counselor. She believes that healing comes by allowing clients to share their stories of personal struggles and being able to talk openly without fear of being judged. Tracy’s approach with clients is genuine, empathetic and energetic.

In November 2015 I opened Palo Santo Psychotherapy and Wellness and realized my dream of working in a wellness setting with like-minded clinicians.
