“The hardest part about the gym, is getting there.” I am excited that you have taken the first step to overcome your emotional challenges and life stressors. Making the choice to begin therapy is not always an easy one. My goal is to help you feel more comfortable about that decision. Sometimes you just need someone to assist you with life changes, challenges, and handling the stress of it all.

Tired of masking who you are? Let’s find a way forward that actually works for your brain. Life is hard enough without feeling like you have to fight against your own brain to survive it. If you are struggling with trauma, sensory overwhelm, or the exhaustion of trying to fit into a world that wasn't built for you, you don't have to do it alone. You deserve a space where you can unmask, be messy, and be honest without fear of judgment.

We are living in a very trying time that can make us feel isolated, fearful and uncertain of the future. We may be experiencing emotions we have never felt before and don't quite know why or how to cope. Seeking therapy is not an all or nothing process, sometimes it is just needing someone to touch base with to help work through feelings or thoughts in a safe and non-judgmental space. Through exploration we can uncover barriers & work toward a healthier quality of life. Through discussion and reflection we become empowered to reconnect with our inner voice to help us feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

Life transitions, stress, and uncertainty can make it hard to feel grounded. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or self-doubt, you deserve a space to heal and grow. Together, we’ll uncover what truly matters to you, strengthen confidence, and create meaningful change through connection, insight, and compassion. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you feel more like yourself again.

I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship. Creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely connected is at the core of my work. I value trust, transparency, and collaboration, and I approach each relationship with deep respect for the individual experiences and strengths that every person brings into the room. Outside of my professional life, I feel most grounded when I’m in the outdoors—especially backpacking in the mountains whenever I get the chance. Nature offers me perspective, balance, and a sense of renewal that I carry into my work with clients.

Ever feel like you’re doing all the “right” things, but still feel off inside? Maybe you’re showing up, getting things done, even thriving in some areas—but underneath it all, things feel overwhelming or stuck. That’s where therapy can help. Together, we’ll sort through what’s going on beneath the surface, make sense of confusing feelings, and start untangling the patterns that are holding you back. I work with adults navigating all kinds of challenges—relationship challenges, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and grief. If any of that resonates, we can start there.

My ideal clients are adults in Arizona who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. Many are navigating the impact of trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, working through addiction or recovery, or feeling stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns. I also work with individuals exploring identity, including those within the LGBTQIA+ community, who are seeking a safe, affirming space to process their experiences. Often, my clients are insightful and motivated but feel overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or unsure how to move forward.

As a client, I would want you to be willing to open yourself up to me in whatever capacity is comfortable to you. There is no issue too big for me, and I want to work with clients from all backgrounds who all have unique stories to tell. As your therapist, my expertise & knowledge will always influence my practice to help you as my client but the main point will always be to cultivate and grow a genuine connection with you. I want to get to know who you are as a person and what that looks and feels like. It is only when a real bond is built between us that real growth can cultivate.
