With over 30 years of experience providing psychotherapy and psychological testing, I have come to know, understand and help a vast variety of people of all ages. I am now devoting my practice to psychological testing to clarify psychological diagnosis and personality dynamics, evaluate difficulties in learning and attention, assist in obtaining special accommodations for college and professional testing, and as part of the adoption process for prospective parents. I view each person as an individual with a unique pattern of strengths and weaknesses which contributes to or hinders functioning.
Patients may be self-referred. Some questions to ask: are you (or your child) struggling with attention and/or learning? Has there been a change in your (or your child's) emotional state or relationships? Professionals refer patients if there are questions about diagnosis or to enhance progress in psychotherapy.
Psychological testing requires time, experience and expertise as well as the ability to establish and maintain rapport. I provide all of these in a comfortable and private setting.
