My practice encompasses Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and many other forms of traditional therapy. EAP is a powerful and effective therapeutic approach that has consistently demonstrated incredible benefits to individuals. youth, families and groups. Having practiced for over 17 years, I continue to enjoy sharing the passion and success of my work with others. Using my training and personal experiences with horses enables me to help clients move beyond fear and limitations to a life of freedom, inner peace and healing. I practice at my ranch in Elgin, Arizona located in the foothills of the Hauchuca mountain range.
You may be struggling with a specific issue, PTSD, truama, relationship issues, feeling depressed, anxious, angry or just not feeling like yourself. You may feel like you are not sure how to begin making things better. As an experienced clinical social worker, I strive to create a warm, supportive atmosphere in which to help effect positive change.
I will help you look at your problems and challenges, create realistic goals, and work with you to gain insight and skills which will help you move forward in the direction you want to go. I work with adults, children and families. I have extensive experience working with Trauma and utilize EMDR to help clients get unstuck. Horses are amazing healers.

Groups
equine womans trauma recovery workshop
Two day workshop for victims of trauma partnering with horses. Together with horses, a license therapist and a domestic violence trainer and trauma survivor we will help you find the courage to heal. We will explore ways of breaking the cycle of trauma, impacts of trauma and find pathways to healing. Join us for two days of fun, togetherness, enlightenment, and personal growth in partnership with horses. The workshop will occur on Saturday, February 19 and Sunday, February 20th The workshop will run from 9 to 4. Cost of the workshop is $350 for both days. Maximum of eight spots available for women only
