I view counseling as an opportunity to partner with my clients on their journey towards positive change and achievement of emotional/mental health. In my practice I enjoy working with adults individually. I specialize in trauma treatment and engage Prolonged exposure which has successfully alleviated trauma symptoms for many of my clients. I also utilize interpersonal family systems, and attachment theory in order to help clients learn more about themselves than they ever have.
