Inspired by mindfulness, somatic work, EMDR, and IFS, my approach is integrative, client-centered, and holistic.
It takes time to pick up the pieces. Parts of you may feel broken, paralyzed, and unheard. With intergenerational systems of dysfunction, very few of us grew up with anything approaching healthy relating. As mammals, we can use the natural force towards connection along with regulating our autonomic fitness to return to our joyful and intuitive self. I can help adults and teens create movement in the isolated "stuck places" and integrate unprocessed pain and suffering. I am passionate about serving children who also highly benefit from therapy by communicating their inner world through play.

My trainings and techniques that have shown to be very effective in these areas vary from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Interpersonal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness.
I view counseling as an opportunity to partner with my clients on their journey towards positive change and achievement of emotional/mental health. In my practice I enjoy working with adults individually. I specialize in trauma treatment and engage Prolonged exposure which has successfully alleviated trauma symptoms for many of my clients. I also utilize interpersonal family systems, and attachment theory in order to help clients learn more about themselves than they ever have. We will create skills and process together, to alleviate any disrupting symptoms of depression and anxiety. I am offering in person and virtual sessions.

To feel comfortable in our sessions, if you need to use a fidget toy, draw or choose to sit on a floor cushion instead of the sofa, I am happy to accommodate you. Everyone deserves a space to tell their story and reflect, which is what I can provide during our sessions together.

I'd call it "traditional talk therapy" with mindfulness.
Loss of jobs, relationships, chemical addiction, life transitions, trauma, abuse and the stress of day to day living come with an array of thoughts and emotions, which at some points in our lives can become overwhelming. We start to feel like nothing can get better, and began to self destruct or stay stuck, out of fear of the unknown or poor habits. My goal is to best assist and support people in living authentic, balanced lives; navigating increased self-awareness in social systems, past experiences, core beliefs and thoughts and their influence on our daily emotional states, behaviors and actions.

I will use an integrated approach including CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness to assist you in developing meaningful goals that align with your personal values.
Hi! I am currently accepting new clients. Have you ever felt like you wanted more out of life, but you weren’t sure where to start? You find yourself engaging in familiar and ineffective patterns, but aren’t sure how to break free? Choosing therapy as a mode to find your way is a courageous decision you can make toward transformation, in a way that feels authentic and tailor-made for you. Seeking therapy does not have to mean there is something “wrong” with you, only that you need a safe and accepting place to make sense of difficult emotions, painful experiences, and to create tools to make lasting change.

I hold certificates in trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, integrative health, mindfulness and autism.
Are you encountering life difficulties or feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed? These symptoms often point to unresolved issues or hidden emotional pain that need attention and care. They can hold important insights into our inner world. By gently uncovering the underlying causes of these challenges, we can transform old patterns and bring balance to your life. This process allows you to move from merely surviving to truly thriving, fostering self-awareness, emotional resilience, and personal growth. Through this approach, we work together to create lasting change and empower you with greater self-acceptance and clarity.

Waitlist for new clients
My heart will always be Client-Centered, relational, and mindfulness-based adapted to each client's needs.
(March 2025 - Hi! Waitlist for new clients. Thx!) - - - My time as a Therapist/Human has given me a chance to partner with a beautiful mixture of people and personalities. Folks who find benefit most working with me are often sensitive, brilliant, compassionate humans seeking a safe space to feel heard and supported. They often need some support to navigate where they feel confused, stuck, or overwhelmed in their lives. My approach tends to be that of an "Emotional Tour Guide," and I'd be happy to get to know you, share what I see, and offer some insight on what others have found healing on their paths.
