I believe everyone can cultivate self-awareness and personal growth, and that often we need support to accept, strengthen, and empower ourselves for meaningful change. My ideal client is a committed youth, adult, or partnership ready to explore their thoughts and emotions to better navigate life’s challenges. Many of my clients hold diverse identities, including children and youth, individuals who are neurodiverse, and those who identify as queer and/or transgender. They seek support because they are ready to do the work that it takes for meaningful, lasting growth.

A client describes to me that she is having panic attacks, has trouble sleeping, and eating, and she's had some problems in her relationships. We begin the session with the pain, the problem, and what she wants from therapy. I ask what he/she's done to decrease the panic attacks, and if need be I will discuss some suggestions to reduce the attacks and practice them in session helping my client begin to have success.

If you’re a woman who feels emotionally drained, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, or disconnected from who you used to be, you’re not alone. Many women I work with grew up learning to prioritize others’ needs, manage everyone else’s emotions, and silence their own. Over time, this can lead to relationships that are never quite fulfilling and create a constant sense of self-doubt or exhaustion. You may find yourself questioning your worth, struggling with boundaries, or feeling guilty for wanting more.

Couples often come to therapy when communication has broken down, trust feels fragile, or every conversation turns into an argument.
If you and your partner feel stuck in the same painful patterns, arguing about the same issues, shutting down, or feeling more like roommates than partners, you are not alone. Many couples wait until things feel urgent or overwhelming before reaching out, and therapy can be a powerful turning point when both partners are ready for change.

Hey there! How is your healing journey treating you? Is it like one of those rollercoasters that drops you from thousands of feet in the air, spins you in circles, and makes you want to scream or throw up? Is it like stepping on a Lego piece that appears out of nowhere? Is it like an annoying hiccup that just won’t stop to let you take in a deep breath? Or is it kind of lonely and you’re wanting to talk to someone? Everyone experiences struggles in different ways, and I just want you to know that it takes strength to be vulnerable and reach out for help. I see you and I am here for you.
