After many years of my own psychotherapy with several different behavioral health practitioners, I am grateful for their reaching out to me with their intelligence, experience and empathy. The majority of my patients seeking psychotherapy complain and often exhibit signs of depression or anxiety, and often both. They often have difficulty throughout the day and night, having trouble concentrating with fatigue and poor short-term memory, with persistent eating issues, and hypersomnia and or insomnia, worsening their condition. My treatment techniques include psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused.

I work with CHILDREN,TEENS, FAMILIES, ADULTS to create change in these areas: depression, anxiety, unhealthy- behaviors, self-esteem, ,anger, motivation in school, and more. I am passionate about my work. I love working with: adults, adolescents, couples,and families .I am able to connect with tots to teens to adults. Kids quickly feel safe and comfortable and parents feel encouraged with great results. I work with ADULTS: to effectively alleviate depressive and anxious moods, and learn to cope with grief, loss, and difficult and painful life situations. I work teaching skills to manage stress, create health and happiness in your life.

I am a licensed associate counselor (LAC) and licensed American sign language (ASL) interpreter. I moved to Phoenix, AZ ten years ago from New York, NY. I have experience working with individuals, children, and families as well as group and couples’ therapy. I have dedicated myself to excellence in care through trauma-informed, integration of treatments including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, expressive art therapy, play therapy, among other therapeutic modes.
