I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate through various mental health presentations. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and trained in trauma counseling. Clients are assessed, and with them, a unique, meaningful, and strength-based treatment plan is developed. Meeting clients where they are is the number one priority, and through the use of various therapeutic strategies and a healthy and positive therapeutic relationship, clients are encouraged to identify and work through that which prevents them from living an authentic, rewarding, and fulfilling life.

TEENS and MILLENNIALS. I specialize in helping adolescents and young adults who feel "stuck". They could be experiencing stress or depression symptoms, negative habits, lack of focus, low self-esteem, or anger outbursts. Whatever the symptoms, I am experienced and equipped to help. I walk alongside my clients, holding the therapeutic relationship of utmost importance. I collaborate with my clients to identify core issues, develop effective coping skills, and overcome challenges that they once saw as insurmountable.

Taking the first step in counseling can be the most difficult one. I am committed to meeting each individual, couple, or family as unique and with their own journey in the present, from the past, and for the future.
