Our practice is a communion of science and faith: the latest evidence-based psychotherapy modalities combined with ancient and medieval philosophy. we rely on the work of Greek and Roman thinkers, as well as Augustine, Thomas Aquinas, Ignatius of Loyola, and others. I am available for Teletherapy sessions throughout the state of Arizona. I use a variety of techniques & experiential methods to help my clients change their self-defeating patterns and access & process underlying emotional blocks. I tailor my work to meet individual needs drawing primarily from the theories of Mindfullness-Based Cognitive Therapy as well as Gestalt, Adlerian & Jungian Therapy, My work is guided by the premise that each individual holds within them the capacity to understand and heal themselves. My role is to facilitate a connection to this capacity which allows my clients to feel more fulfilled & connected in life.

At this point, our thoughts generally tend to be more negative and self-deprecating than "normal". I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arizona. I believe that therapy is a collaborative experience and will work with you to find the most comfortable, safe approach to addressing your concerns and therapeutic issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with Mindfulness and Solution-Focused approaches. I have extensive background in working with people who are struggling with drug and alcohol issues and will work with you towards recovery and an overall more serene life.

Dr. Keller is a Diplomate in Clinical Psychology with special interest in counseling and psychotherapy with adults, children, teenagers, couples, and families. He also provides consultation to organizations. Dr. Keller completed his undergraduate training at Temple University, his masters from Columbia University. His Doctorate is from Rutgers University. His internship was at the Rutgers Counseling Center. He is on the Staff of Scottsdale Healthcare, John C. Lincoln, and Paradise Valley Hospital. Dr. Keller was awarded Diplomates from the American Academy of Counseling and Psychotherapy, The American Academy of Behavioral Medicine, and the American Board of Sexology.
