Life can be challenging and you are not alone in your struggles. We often get stuck in using coping strategies that are no longer serving us well. The process of therapy can help you discover what is causing you to suffer and how you can improve your responses to life situations. You will find that some things are within your control and also that acceptance is key to those that are not. I believe that all of us have an innate tendency to move towards healing and a trusting therapeutic relationship can help you with that.

Unconditional positive regard is the concept by which I base the treatment of all my clients. People are good and make choices that feel protective and safe for them as they navigate through our harsh reality. The Humanistic approach combined with actionable modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy or somatic therapy allows me to help others achieve self-actualization in the ways that feel right for each client.

My work is grounded in the belief that human connection and early attachment experiences play a central role in emotional regulation, self-worth, and overall well-being, and I also incorporate Christian faith to support hope, purpose, and personal growth.
