New client appointments are limited. My first goal as a therapist is to help my clients understand what is happening to them and give them tools to make them feel better as soon as possible. I specialize in working with clients who are dealing with the Trauma of Betrayal, Unwanted Sexual Addictions, Narcissistic Abuse, Childhood Trauma and Marital Relationship Issues. I compassionately guide my clients in understanding and changing their unhealthy thinking patterns, reframing their self-limiting, shame-based beliefs and in reprocessing the trauma held in their body. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities
I'm one of the first therapists nationwide to implement and facilitate Betrayal Trauma Healing Groups using the Prodependence approach. I am a certified EMDR therapist, an IITAP Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, EFT (couples) and hypnotherapy. I also use a mind-body approach to help clients their trauma.
My own life's journey has led me to the profession of counseling as I've personally experienced the healing power of psychotherapy in working through my own anxiety and depression, narcissistic abuse, betrayal trauma and relationship issues. I honor my client's commitment to healing as they show up with vulnerability and a desire to create healthy changes.

Group Module I begins April 2024. EmpowerHer is a specialized support group for women who have experienced, relational-betrayal trauma, infidelity, or narcissistic abuse at any point in their lives. This advanced group focuses on moving beyond the initial betrayal & focusing on deeper healing. The goal is to help members regain their self-confidence, move forward in their life, do more advanced boundary work, heal & reclaim their sexuality, integrate healthy skills that support their personal healing, and integrate new strategies for healthier relationships.
