How do we get through this thing called life? I have experience working with teens, young adults and adults and families in individual and group settings
The therapeutic approach I use is tailored to fit the needs of each client individually. Everyone is unique. Together we'll discuss what the right path might be for you. I am an EMDR trained therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression as well as recovery support. I also have experience with transgender and LGBTQA. My pronouns are she/her.
