My role as your therapist is to help you find the healthy way for YOU to channel and process the feelings of sadness, anxiety, depression, anger,
grief
, guilt, shame, or disappointment that often come with life’s changeability.
My therapeutic approach is based on the Cognitive Behavioral Model, yet, I believe in the holistic integration of body, mind, and spirit, in the wholesome and effective resolution of personal distress. My graduate experience at the University of Southern California with an emphasis on mental health and integrative treatment methods has strongly influenced my techniques and professional practice. I have extensive experience in working with adults and older adults navigating traumatic life events, life changes, adaptations, and losses that come with managing a state of normalcy while maneuvering through the different stages of life.
