My passion for holistic wellness and healing is inspired by experiences of personal and generational trauma and addiction. I have dedicated my life and careers to helping those who have ever been hopeless or voiceless overcome adversity and thrive. As a mental health clinician and advocate, my goal for treatment is to work collaboratively with my clients to improve their quality of life and capacity for growth. Long-term recovery of any kind requires honesty, open-mindedness, and a willingness to change.

I have extensive experience and training in trauma, family conflict, infidelity, intimacy and communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, substance use, porn addiction, pre-teen and teen challenges, “midlife crisis,” loneliness, fear of abandonment, and rejection, co-parenting, pre-and-post divorce difficulties, grief, ethnic and cultural diversity, and the effects of narcissism in relationships. I hope to instill confidence and agency in survivors of abuse so they can live happy lives!

I believe each individual has the ability to build on their existing strengths to live their best possible life. My goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients to share their story, gain insight into how it has impacted them, and work to create a more fulfilling reality. I specialize in working with adults, teens, and children struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, low self esteem, and eating disorders.

It is an honor and a privilege to work alongside people as they work toward change and healing. Sharing our pain is vulnerable, but healing occurs when we share our stories. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to share your story, and we will work together to write your new ending.

It has always been my passion to help children and adolescents gain their full potential in life. I am dedicated to helping individuals meet their goals by examining the connection between how they think, feel (emotionally and physically), behave, and interact in their various environments. I facilitate growth and change in my clients by teaching mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, as well as processing underlying trauma when needed. I provide counseling for individuals with a variety of issues and concerns, from anger management to self-esteem building.

You feel stuck. This isn't the life you pictured and your day-to-day existence leaves you feeling unsatisfied and looking for ways to escape. Despite your best efforts, nothing seems to create change. My hope is to help you build a life you want to be present in. I believe in a collaborative approach, beginning with meeting you where you're at, and with you as the expert of your experience.

So many times our struggles affect more than one area of our life. I'm grateful to have years of experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds and I use this knowledge to help my clients find the balance, calmness, control, or peace they are looking for.

With eleven years experience, I have specialized training in helping you cope with childhood trauma, PTSD, facing ‘roadblocks’ in your recovery from substance abuse, codependency, and/or if you are suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, shame, or low self-esteem. I work with teens aged 16 to 19, adults, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+.

I work closely with individuals, couples and families to understand, process and heal from traumatic wounds of the past, relational struggles, sexual health, safety and exploration within the lives of my clients. I am dedicated to aiding my clients in healing, growing and cultivating change while in a collaborative environment. I have a passion for connecting with and supporting victims of sexual violence, looking to reconnect to personal intimacy, intimate relationships, and sexual safety for all communities.

I am a licensed therapist and specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are survivors of sexual abuse as well as those exhibiting sexually acting out behaviors. In addition, I am skilled in addressing interpersonal issues within families and couples helping to foster the creation of secure bonds and re-organized emotional responses. Treating a person's concerns holistically is important to me as I believe in the mind-body connection and that one effects the other. I treat both OCD and Trauma. TRAUMA: Do you feel stuck, unable to move forward? Does it seem like your reactions are unpredictable or that your emotions are overwhelming? When you have experienced trauma, either in your past or present, it can affect your body and mind. You have the capacity to heal, you just need some tools and understanding. OCD: Do you have unwanted intrusive repetitive thoughts? Do you do things to try to get rid of the thoughts or to satisfy the thought? Do you wish you could stop? I can teach you skill that will allow you to live a values-based life where OCD does not take over.

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience as a social worker. Sometimes our burdens feel so big and so unique that we feel over-whelmed, hopeless and lonely. I'm here with you. There are so many paths to wellness that I can adapt my treatment modality to what works best for you. I have worked in a variety of settings and with a variety of populations- folks age 9-65, LGBTQ populations, foster care populations, and folks involved in the legal system. I work with clients experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, imposter syndrome, substance use and many others.
