I specialized in trauma therapy because these are the deep wounds we try to ignore and hide from others. I utilize various different methods and really enjoy providing EMDR therapy for trauma. I have witnessed incredible transformations. These wounds may affect the trajectory of a person's life in countless ways. Trauma is subjective to the person, nobody may tell you what you have survived through isn't traumatic, these events may cause emotional, interpersonal and relational challenges and affect your school work, employment and financial freedoms. I want to help you through your journey, to come walk with you through the darkness

If you’re a healthcare worker, first responder, military veteran, or public safety professional, you’re trained to handle crisis, but what happens when the trauma accumulates and there’s no one to turn to?
You’re the one others lean on; in crisis, in chaos, in silence. Eventually, that tends to lead to feeling worn down, disconnected, or not quite yourself. Whether you’re on the front lines, behind the scenes, or loving someone who is, the pressure adds up.
You’ve sacrificed enough. My office is a place where you can talk freely, without judgment and feel more grounded, connected, and in control again.

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative—together, we’ll explore who you are, what’s important to you, and how to create meaningful change in your life. While difficult emotions like stress, sadness, or frustration may have brought you here, real transformation happens when you take that first step forward.

Hi, I’m Taelor, and I’m here to help you untangle the tough stuff. I know emotions can feel like a rollercoaster sometimes. I help kids, teens and young adults who feel “too much” or totally shut down learn real skills to handle big feelings, stress, and relationships. I use DBT to teach practical tools that actually work in daily life, and I mix in trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, play therapy, and parts work to make it creative, safe, and even a little fun. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your story.

I am empathetic. I listen. And I am real.

True healing happens when we stop fighting the pain and start listening to what it’s trying to say. Welcome, I’m so glad you're here. I have a strong passion for helping others navigate through their healing journey. Many of the people I support are searching for more than just coping tools — they’re longing to feel safe in their bodies, connected in their relationships, and at home within themselves. Therapy may feel scary, but it's an incredible opportunity to listen to your body’s wisdom, to uncover the patterns that once protected you, and to make space for something new to emerge.

Relationships shape how we see ourselves and others. When they feel strained, distant, or confusing, it can leave you feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward. I work with couples, polycules, and individuals to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and better understand relational patterns. Those same skills—slowing down, listening with intention, and increasing self-awareness—are powerful for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. My approach is warm, conversational, and trauma-informed. I also support people in polyamorous or non-monogamous relationships.
