With a master's degree in social work and extensive training in trauma-focused therapies, I've dedicated my career to helping people transform their lives and find strength in the face of adversity.

In my work as a therapist I bring not only experience but also cutting edge counseling techniques to my practice. I believe that there can be no more important life decision than making the choice to heal and leave behind unhealthy patterns. To help my clients reach those goals, I consider each individual uniquely and work to see each situation holistically. By working closely with each person and choosing the proper changes needed to achieve a positive outcome, we are able to move forward and devise a creative and distinctive plan. I've been in the business for over 17 years and have a passion for providing competent counseling services within a Biblical framework. While I have a desire to integrate theories/strategies of psychology with Christian faith, I allow the client to determine what concentration of faith, if any, they prefer in the session. I would enjoy the chance to sit down and hear your story and offer feedback, wisdom & practical skills. I have a light-hearted & laid-back personality & enjoy supporting teenagers (11+), adults, families & couples through challenging times. I am a licensed therapist and specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are survivors of sexual abuse as well as those exhibiting sexually acting out behaviors. In addition, I am skilled in addressing interpersonal issues within families and couples helping to foster the creation of secure bonds and re-organized emotional responses. Hi my name is Debbie and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor . I have been working with alcohol and drug addictions in adults since September 2021. With addictions there are co-occurring mental health disorders primarily depression and anxiety. I am passionate about treating the whole body, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual side.
