I am a licensed psychotherapist (AZ and OH), with an education from the University of Arizona, the University of Cambridge, and Boston University School of Social Work, where I now teach clinical skills to graduate students at Boston University School of Social Work. I have facilitated over 4000 EMDR client sessions.

I often use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in either weekly or Intensive formats (6-12 hours over just 1-2 weeks). With EMDR, we are able to address autonomic nervous system dysregulation very adeptly. When we employ Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) we are focusing heavily on the neuroscience of trauma, working with your deep brain. DBR is gentle yet powerful and effective.
